Magnet Polarity Helper

I do a lot of projects with magnets and often have to make sure I'm placing magnets into my prints with a consistent polarity.

With this little disc, you just make sure your magnet stack is attached to the green side. As you slide magnets off the top of the stack, you can be sure you're getting the same orientation/polarity every time. 

There are models supporting 8x3mm, 6x3mm, and 10x2mm magnets. If you need a different size, let me know.

Slicing Tips

The first print color will be green. Add a color change to red at about 2.6mm height for 3mm tall magnets and 2.0mm for 2mm tall magnets.

Next, add a pause print right as the hole for the magnet is being covered up.

Finally, if you want the DN letters (they stand for “down”) to be a different color, do one last color change as the letters start to print.
