I wanted to show the different stages from the idea(bag_clip_1) to the final design(will be defined at the end😀).

Designed idea was a simple bag clip, which should be printable in vase mode. I tried to print them in vase mode (spiralized), but they worked not really fine, so i printed them in normal mode what is my recommendation.

My filament worked not good, had to much stringing, but the function is good. You can scale it to the width you need.

The sorting of stages is:

Clip_1-3 → heavy → connected → optimized → fish → fish 10 → fish 15_1-3 +clip 15_3

Update 06.07.2022:

• Added a picture of the first idea in vase mode. You can see that the two seperate wall lines were a bad idea.
• The one fish clip bites into a sd-card. The mouth can open wider but the force is high.
• Some new models an pictures
  • the newest one are bag_clip_fish_15_3 and bag_clip_15_3
  • prints will follow
• I recommend to print with 1 wall and 100 infill. With more wall lines my walls didn't hold together when actuated. Tomorrow i will print one with the recommended parameters and share the result.

Update 07.07.2022:

•  final pictures added from the bag_clip_fish_15_3 and bag_clip_15_3
• prints are made with PETG, 1 wall, 100% infill
• works now how expected. The pictures with the flat laying sd-card show how wide the clip can open without braeaking, maybe more
