Assembly

  1. Cut all wires to approximate length.
  2. Prepare (solder or crimping connectors) one end of ALL wires that will go into power supply unit. That includes 3 input mains wires, as well as 2 output DC wires.
  3. Attach ALL wires to power supply unit.
  4. Slide power supply unit, while routing wires through the top. You may cut side "fence" of the power supply unit for easier routing. If you are using thinner wires - you can route them through holes in side "fence".
  5. [Optional] Once power unit is installed - fix it with screws to the case. This is optional, because the fir should be tight. It is secure even without screws.
  6. Insert RD6006 unit, power switch, and power connector. Secure power connector with screws. Optionally you may fix power switch with glue if it is too lose.
  7. Cut all wires to final length and connect everything that remains.
  8. Attach a thermal sensor. You may glue it to the RD6006's heatsink, or you may route it outside from hole in right side or front side.
  9. Install battery and WiFi module.
  10. Close back door and fix it with screw.
