Description

Tired of scratching and clawing at your cards trying to grab the right one? This fan-out design displays all your cards clearly, with ample finger access for easy picking. Opens and closes with a secure, satisfying click. Holds 5 standard credit cards, each tucked into it's own pivoting sleeve. Limit stops in the sleeves allow each one to fan out just the right amount. And lastly, the ends of the cards are visible so that you can quickly verify all your cards are in place without having to open the case.

Note: you can also store a folded bill or two in the sleeves in place of a card as shown in the last photo.

Printing
Print all parts in the orientations provided using a 0.2mm layer thickness and a 0.4mm line width. Do not use supports, brims or rafts. You'll need to tune your Z-height so that you have no elephant's foot. If you do end up with a little bit of a lip, you'll need to trim that off, particularly around the holes in the sleeve and back parts. Print one back, one cover, one plug, and 5 sleeves.

After printing, slide each of the 5 sleeves over the post  on the cover. It should be a pretty snug fit, and you may have to file off any lumps on the post to get the sleeves in place. Note that there is a nub on the top of each sleeve and a groove on the back. The cover also has a groove and the back has a nub. All the nubs should fit into the adjoining grooves when assembled. With the 5 sleeves in place, assemble the back, and then press the plug into the hole in the post to hold it all together.  The plug should have a tight press fit. (If you need to remove the plug, you can screw a 4-40 or M3 screw into the hole in the plug and use it as a handle for pulling the plug back out.)

You are now ready to insert your credit cards and start spending!
