Cleat Wall Bracket for Ikea Besta Shelf

I needed a wall shelf and decided to use two of the BESTÅ Shelf, white, 22x6 1/4" from Ikea. I designed this wall bracket to hold two shelves and add a little flare to my wall.

I decided to make it hang with cleats, so that it would be easier to hang. This ended up being a life saver multiple times as I have an electronic sit/stand desk below it that my cats like to activate. My desk has successfully lifted the shelf without damage to the desk, shelf or anything on it.

I added some screw holes into the bottom of the bracket in order to lock the bottom shelf in place and add rigidity.

There are a couple of minor designed supports in the center back of the file to help with the very center of the span, these should be removed after.
