Rainbow Doodler (Spring-Loaded)

This Sharpie holder hold 5 fine-point pens for multi-color doodling. Each  pen is in an independently spring-loaded sleeve to maintain contact as you move the pens around.

Print 1 base part and 5 slider parts. You'll also need 5 retractable ball-point pen springs (4 to 5mm diameter, 25 to 30mm length). To assemble, shove a spring in one of the circular channels and then slide the slider piece into place. The leading end of the slider will flex away a bit as you shove it in, but then the little lip at the top will latch onto the top of the base to lock the slider in place. With all 5 sliders in place, just insert up to 5 different colored pens, and you are ready to doodle!
