HDMI Cradle for GBS Control

A new HDMI cradle design for the following VGA to HDMI adapter: https://amzn.to/3Ql7DP2 

Updates include a recessed floor to accommodate protruding bottom components, all new geometry, chamfered screw holes for easier installation. Several different HDMI adapter types exist, confirm your HDMI adapter matches this type. Use (2) M2.5x6 and (2) M3x10 screws. Rev 1 adds a notch for the top cover.
