Description
The Resurgent-class is the Star Destroyer used by the First Order. It appeared in Episodes VII-IX. Ships of this class include the Finalizer, the Absolution and the Steadfast.
This is a model at 1:10,000 scale. It is 291.6mm long, 147.7mm wide and 50.7mm tall. One photo shows it alongside an Imperial-II Star Destroyer and a New Republic Starhawk for comparison.
If you want to rescale it, take a look at resurgent-small_scale. Some parts like the thruster and the beams at the bow are thickend, because otherwise they become to small to print at lower scales. The pre-sliced 1:20,000 scale files use this version.
To make it fit on the printer, the model is split into "resurgent-bow" and “resurgent-stern”. The file “resurgent-full” is the entire, unspit ship.
Also included is the emblem from ISD Chimaera adapted to fit on the Resurgent ("resurgent-chimaera_emblem_topside_full" and “resurgent-chimaera_emblem_underside_full” for the full model, "resurgent-chimaera_emblem_topside_stern", "resurgent-chimaera_emblem_underside_stern" for just the stern, etc.)
Just add them as a part before slicing (right-click on the model, select “add part”→"load…").
There is no Resurgent which carries this emblem, I just think it looks cool. (And it was quite easy to do since I've already done the same for my Imperial Star Destroyer.)
Printed at 0.2mm layer height. Needs support on buildplate.
