Prusa Enclosure Aqara TVOC Sensor bracket

Print Instructions:

You have two options:
⬢ Use the presliced G-code and print it on your MK3s+
⬢ Slice your self using the following settings
    ⬢ Print settings: 0.20mm QUALITY
    ⬢ Fillament: PETG (tested on Prusament)
    ⬢ 15% infill

Step1: Preperation

⬢ 3d print all the nacecary files in the download section
⬢ 2.5mm allen key
⬢ 2x m3 nuts
⬢ 1x aqara tvoc sensor

Step2: Removing the old Thermometer

⬢ Remove the two bolts pointed out with Orange

Step3: Prepairing the aqara sensor assembly

⬢: grab the sensor mount [Yellow]
⬢: grab two m3 nuts [Orange]
⬢: grab the aqara tvoc sensor [Blue]

Step4: Installing the nuts

⬢: take the two M3 nuts and install them in the sensor mount, you can use an screw to push them in their holes.

Step5: Installing the sensor

⬢: grab the sensor and push it half way into the mount on one side
⬢: Push on the opeside side to get it completely in the mount, the clips should wrap around just like in the second picture

Step6: Installing the assembly in the enclosure

⬢: grab the assemble and the two screws from the old sensor
⬢: use the two screws to screm the assembly in the enclosure pointed out with Orange

All done!

you can now monitor your enclosure temperature and humidity by reading the screen or through the aqara app!
