Simple Card Holders
There are two card holder models included:
- Card Holder Narrow - this is an extremely simplistic card holder that amounts to a small solid box with a narrow angled cutout; I designed it to hold laminated paper to display wifi QR codes
- Card Holder Wide - this is a larger card holder especially designed to display trading cards without obscuring text and details near the bottom; part of the front of the cutout has been removed to allow this
Key Dimensions
- Card Holder Narrow slot dimensions: 32.20 mm length, 0.47 mm width, 12.243 mm depth, pitched at a 9.442 degree angle off the vertical axis
- Card Holder Wide slot dimensions: 76.16 mm length, 2.469 mm width, 12.0 mm depth, pitched at a 9.0 degree angle off the vertical axis; 7.852 mm of the depth is open on the front side
Printing Advice
I used the 0.15 mm Quality PrusaSlicer preset to print this. Likely some speedier settings can be used, but these are small enough that it wasn't a big concern for me. The smaller layer height can help produce smooth curves for the fillets.
