Mikrotik hEX S router DIN rail mount

DIN 35 rail mount for a Mikrotik hEX S router

Mounts on edge with ports facing forward. Integral clip to snap onto a DIN 35 rail. Router snaps into bracket without requiring fasteners.

I completely recreated the design in fusion 360 and made the clip adjustable for multiple designs.

Materials:

This design is best printed in Nylon or ASA. I found ASA held up to stress the best in higher temperatures in a passively ventilated outdoor enclosure. A 0.6 nozzle is perfectly fine for printing this bracket.

Note that the tolerances are tight and you will likely need to scale in the X and Y dimensions to compensate for shrinkage when using Nylon or ASA. Expected between 1% and 2% shrinkage. No noticeable shrinking occurs on the Z axis.

Optional Hardware:

Although the router snaps into the bracket, there are holes on the back of the bracket that allow you to use fasteners to securely mount the router to the bracket.
