Ultra miniature screw driver

Use case

This ultra miniature screw driver is meant to be always equipped with one specific screw bit, which you may need for a special application. 

I use mine to tightened the screws that hold my motorbike mirrors in place. On the motorbike there is very little space to store tools, so miniature size and weight matters.

Printing

I recommend to print this part from PETG, which is way more flexible than PLA. Simply print it in the uploaded orientation. To make it strong enough for the tough press-in procedure, I recommend at least 3 perimeters (better 4) and 25% infill at least.

Assembly

The bit is really hard to press in, you may need a vice to create the needed force (well, I did). But once the bit is in, there will be no risk whatsoever that you would lose it (at least not separately from the handle).
