Description

This is partly a remix of the original Prusa parts, and a new part.

Since I occasionally had warping with large area prints, I optimized the printer so that the air did not blow onto the print bed through the hotend.
Since I am operating the printer in a housing, I was able to exclude air ventilation from another direction.
I constructed a new part, which comes to the left of the hot end fan. There is therefore no return air on the print bed.
Furthermore, I added a guide for the outgoing air on the exiting side. This encloses the PINDA probe a little.
Because I was there and it happened that the screw of the PINDA probe had loosened, I also planned a self-locking nut on the back. I hope that the screw will not come loose after many hours.

A little acetone on the small bars should reinforce them slightly after drying (see brush).
If you use a countersunk screw on the rear fastening, this does not hit the shaft either. (On the other hand, the stop on the shaft may be more defined than that on the rear cable tie :-)

I have been using the solution for many months without a problem, so I want to make it available to you today. I hope this may also help you.

Da ich hin und wieder bei großflächigen Drucken Warping hatte, habe ich den Drucker so optimiert das die Luft durch das Hotend nicht auf das Druckbett bläst.
Da ich den Drucker in einem Gehäuse betreibe, konnte ich Luftventilation aus anderer Richtung ausschließen.
Ich konstruierte ein neues Teil, welches links neben den Hotend-Lüfter kommt. Somit geht keine zurückkehrende Luft auf das Druckbett.
Weiterhin habe ich an der austretenden Seite eine Führung für die ausgehende Luft hinzugefügt. Diese umschließt die PINDA-Sonde ein wenig.
Weil ich gerade dabei war, und es schon vorkam das sich die Schraube der PINDA-Sonde gelöst hat, habe ich am Rückteil gleich noch eine selbstsichernde Mutter vorgesehen. Ich hoffe so löst sich die Schraube nicht wieder nach vielen Stunden.

Ein wenig Aceton an den kleinen Stegen, sollten diese nach Trockung etwas verstärken (siehe Pinsel).
Benutzt man eine Senkkopfschraube an der hinteren befestigung, so stößt dies auch nicht an der Welle an. (Andererseits ist der Anschlag an der Welle eventuell definierter als der am hinteren Kabelbinder :-)

Ich nutze die Lösung seit vielen Monaten ohne Problem, so will ich sie euch heute zur Verfügung stellen. Ich hoffe dies hilft eventuell auch euch weiter.

PETG or ABS, 0,2mm layer, I print 3 perimeters, 50 percent infill
(slow down when using ABS)
