Fenix LR50R handle

Carrying handle for Fenix LR50R search light.  In my opinion this light should come with handle equipped as pretty much all the high power search lights do.

This does exactly that, allows for better and longer handling of the light with more ergonomics. The light heats up quite a bit when in high 2 or turbo power, so this is also much more comfortable to use.

Print with PETG, ASA or similar with better heat resistance. I tested with PETG without problems while running the light at full power & temperature. I wouldn't use PLA.

First version I torture tested till failure, was very strong, but made this little more sturdy in places where it mattered.

My settings for sturdy handle were:
PETG, 0.2mm layers

6 perimeters

30% gyroid infill

The bolt is ¼" x ½" with those wider threads, which is quite annoying to find.
