Description

I designed some LED lit eyeballs and teeth to decorate my car trunk for Halloween. I thought folks may want to use them for other projects.

I printed the eyeball in white, the pupil in black, and the iris in clear PLA.  To make them light up, you'll a soldering iron and:

1x 5mm 3v LED

1x CR2032 3v coin cell battery

1x CR2032 coin cell battery holder

1x Slide Switch

Then, optionally, if mounting to armature wire.

1x 3mm armature/craft wire.

1x M3 heatset insert

1x M3 screw (short)

You can also use some splicing connectors for easy attachment and removal of the front eyeball assembly. Such as Wago 221s, etc.

Solder the anode of the LED to the slide switch, and the slide switch to the positive terminal on the battery holder. Solder the negative terminal on the battery holder to the cathode on the LED. Using splicing connectors in between the battery/switch and the cathode/anode can make it easier to disassemble and reassemble the eye.

Hope someone else has some fun with this one. :)
