Car Thing + Stream Deck Stand

The Spotify Car Thing is a great desktop addition for music control with hardware buttons to jump into playlists. I needed a way to display it and hold it firmly for screen swipes/presses. As a long time user of a 15 key Stream Deck I realized they would combine into a single unit with a little bit of modeling.

This stand should print as-is or with fuzzy-skin enabled for a more uniform appearance. I used ABS, but PLA should be fine as well since the devices only get warm to the touch.

In order to mount the Car Thing you'll need to take off the mounting spline from the CD tray mount, which is just attached with a single Torx screw. No glue or any other parts are needed, unless you want to add rubber/foam strips under the base.
