Description

Models include a Thin version with short pegs (legs can be added to extend for insertion into a cake or used in stand).  The thin version is a 3h 21m print (on the .25mm DRAFT setting on the PRUSA Mini +) with stops for 2 color changes, so three colors in total.  I started with Green, then changed to Black at 2h 40m and then changed to Red at 3h 21m.  You could also use Black, Blue and Silver or Green, Copper, Red or such.   The main (thin) model is 6.75" x 6.75" x .2" (171mmx 171mm x 5.3mm).  The thick version is .36" thick or 9.2mm (height and width the same as the thin version).

The thick version is a 5h 21m print on the .25mm DRAFT setting on the PRUSA Mini+.

I haven't printed it yet because I have a long duration overnight print currently in progress but will try to print and post any updates and pictures soon.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Finally got around to printing it.  It printed but I made a number of changes after printing.  (You can see from the picture that I ran out of the silk green just a little before the end of the first color.)
  1. Thickened up the red layer on top to make it brighter over the black.
  2.  Simplified the models and aligned them better.  The thin model was slightly high and printing a very slight bit above the plate making the first layer lose and stringy.
  3. I increased the cross section of the female part of the receiver on the stand.  The stand worked fine for the thin model (the thick model has no stand pegs and would be too heavy), but I caught my sweatshirt sleeve on a leg of the stand when the wreath wasn't on it.  It stressed it pretty good and it snapped off.  That was the weak spot so I beefed it up.
I've got a fair amount of time in the models.  Enjoy.
