Kids foot measuring device reloaded

* Measurement scale was few mm off, fixed now (pad_fixed.stl) *

I reworked my previous model - improved slider, easier to read scale, better tolerances. Foot measurements are possible now in both centimeters and inches.

Print settings:

• layer height 0.2 mm, no supports needed
• make sure bridging for slots in pad.stl are perpendicular
• change filament color in height 3 mm (layer 15)

Print postproduction:

• remove sacrifical bridging to make a slots for slider (marked red)
• cut away sacrifical bridging in slider (marked red)
