Tom's Universal Phone Stand EMA

Simple, light, universal mobile phone stand made from scratch in Fusion 360 for my niece's birthday. For all common smartphones up to 9mm thick. [Older model from my Thingiverse account.]

Added simple light gift box (phone stand is inserted from top).

Print instructions

Print without supports (letters down on bed). Designed for common 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layers. Use more colours if you want to enhance the final look.

► To help stabilize triangle stand in the gift box with upper side perfectly horizontal there are (almost invisible) rails on the bottom of box interior. Fits well.

► Use 0,2mm layers and common 0,4 nozzle. (Gift box is very light with thin wall.) Printed from PLA.

► Use more colours (pause print after 6mm already printed and carefully change filament) to enhance the final look.

► Photo: My printing bed on prehistoric PrintrBot was badly autolevelled after nozzle change, so you can se the badly printed corners (letter A). It is not a bug in the model. ;)
