Paper Miniature Game Tokens (and boxes) for Dungeons and Dragons RPG

Numbered game tokens to hold paper miniatures for Dungeons and Dragons or other RPGs, plus boxes to hold them.  Two sizes of tokens: 30mm (Small) and 50mm (Large). The tokens are designed to stack on top of each other like checkers. The small tokens are designed to hold 3 flat washers inside each (optional) to add weight (#8 SAE Flat Washers).  I designed a small box to hold 10 small tokens.  I designed a medium box to hold 3 of the small boxes.  I also designed a large box to hold 4 large tokens on bottom plus the medium box on top plus a lid.  I designed a top for the lid with the D&D symbol which needs to be glued onto the large box lid using Super Glue (cyanoacrylate CA glue).  I included a blank lid top if you do not want the D&D logo on it.  Post your Makes!

Filament: PLA

Layer Height: 0.3mm (ie draft mode).  (except for Large Box Lid Top, I printed at 0.15mm layer height)

10 % Rectilinear Infill (except for the Medium Box 30% gyroid infill)

2 perimeters (except for Medium Box 4 perimeters)

No supports needed (Turn supports OFF).

Top fill pattern:  Monotonic (except for the lid top, I used Octagram Spiral)

Bottom fill pattern: Monotonic

3 solid bottom layers, 4 solid top layers

#8 SAE Flat Washers (3 per small token, none in large tokens).  Tight fit!  I used a ball point pen to push the washers down into the token.

Filament Color Change in PrusaSlicer for Small token (assuming 0.3mm layer height):

4.7mm (layer 16): Pause here to insert the washers (but don't change color)

6.2mm (layer 21): Color change here for the top number and rim

Small box color change: 13.10 mm (layer 44)

Medium box: 4 perimeters, 30% gyroid infill. Color change: 15.20mm (layer 51)

Large box lid top: 2 perimeters, layer height 0.15mm, 10% infill, Octagram Spiral top fill pattern, color change: 5.30mm (layer 35).  I used “Helper Disks” in PrusaSlicer (see picture of D&D lid top) to hold the corners down of the large box lid and lid top.
