Customizable puzzle of evil

This Evil Puzzle will keep you busy for many many hours. Simply place the four puzzle pieces within the available space. There is an easy and a hard option.

Credits & Features

This design is based on hairyfacedhoomans puzzle, where i adjusted some things:

• Increased wiggle in the hinge to improve opening/closing the clamshell
• recessed the magnets (two layers or .4mm of “cap” on the magnet so they dont show)
• changed magnet size to height 2.7mm, diameter 6mm (the ones i had available)
• added text on both sides of the clamshell design, in case you want to use it as a present

Customization

Use OpenSCAD to change the magnet size and text!

Just put the .scad and the “evil_puzzle_-_no_magnets.stl” file in a folder. Then start OpenSCAD.

Text customization:

Printing

Recessed magnets: 
Make a material change at layer 29, at 5,8mm (when you print with .2mm layer height):

When the printer stops, put in the magnets and fix them with a drop of superglue.
