Titanfall 2 - Viper Helmet

Full size helmet with room to add LED lighting. You'll need to find a visor face to suit and I also used a wire coat hanger for detailing.

I have had a few questions about sourcing parts for this build, they were all purchased from aliExpress. The links change so I will post screen grabs in the photos section, which you can search on. Foam padding helps the helmet sit on the head and it is worth the time getting the fit right for the wearer. I also cut two holes in the helmet behind the blast shield and inside fitted a couple of 5v 40mm blower fans directing air down over the wearers face. I also used pongo pins to connect the electronic in the visor to the main helmet with button neodium magnets to hold the visor in place.
