Bigger Very Loud Emergency Whistle with better keyring eye

Edited in Fusion 360 to improve the shape of the keyring eye and made the whole whistle 30% bigger. The people I printed it for use a lanyard or purse for keys so size isn't as important as it is for pocket keyring people.
