Description
The internal plastic spring breaks on the Phillips DreamStation BiPAP which causes the door latch for the water chamber to not stay latched. A few screws allows access to the old spring that can be completely removed and replaced with this model. This spring was printed with PETG using a 15% infill.
After approximately one year the PETG spring failed. A new spring was modeled to use TPU. Some of the dimensions changed and 100% infill was used. I recommend using the TPU/FLEX spring instead of the PETG model.
