Tea Box (Multi material logo on cover/simple cover)

I was inspired by Davo's design but wasn't interested in a stackable design.

Changed the lid to be press fit and added a tea icon to the cover that can be printed in multi-material mode.

There are two options for printing:

1. If you have multi-material printing you can print the lid with a logo
2. If not, there's a simple lid
