Wanhao i3 Plus/ Cocoon Create Touch X-axis ratcheting belt tensioner

Technically, this isn't a remix, as it is an entirely new model, however the idea is based on previous versions, such as the remixes of PlasticCow's original belt tensioner by JF Chabot, Amzak, AlexWYYC, and others.

Main features are:

1. Belt alignment is now parallel to the upper belt and aligned with the pulley/motor.

2. In addition to 1, the force of the belt is now directed through the main beam, rather than below it, lowering the possibility of bending the tensioner if running a high belt tension.

3. And, in addition to 1 and 2, The main bar has been deepened for a lot of extra strength, and to allow the use of the original belt fastening screws.

4. The ratchet knob has changed sides. This makes it easier to adjust from the front of the printer.

5. The ratchet has been increased to 20 teeth, so print that area with fine layers.

The belt fastening grooves and knob are pretty tight (They are supposed to be), so if you have trouble getting it to fit, check or adjust your flow rate.

Requires a 20 - 25mm m3 bolt and nyloc nut.

As per AlexWYYC's design, you may need to rotate your extruder motor so the wires don't stick out sideways.

Print it on its side with the openings upwards. Use lots of perimeters and infill. Use the hottest material you commonly print with (a PLA tensioner will probably bend due to heat if you print lots of ABS).
