Wanhao i3 Plus Bearing Spool Holder with increased clearance

This is a remix of jpotegal's spool holder. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2249488

Main differences are:

1. The spool holder has been raised around 25mm to provide more clearance for large spools. I needed this to avoid contact with my enclosure.

2. It's been narrowed to fit spools with diameters as low as 32mm, such as those that come with Cocoon Create printers.

3. The clearances on each side between bearing and spool holder have been shrunk to 0.5mm.

4. A small flange has been placed on each side of the roller to make sure the spool stays centred and doesn't rub on the main frame.

5. The roller has been moved closer to the spool holder support (it now sits within the vertical piece of frame that connects the main bearing arm to the threaded section.

There are 71mm and 85mm versions.

Update 23/6/17: and now a 100mm version. I'd use lots of infill and shells for that. :D

Added a 608 bushing for people who don't have access/want to use ball bearings.

Increased bearing tolerance to 22.3mm outer diameter.

I printed both spool frame and roller in the vertical position. The frame was printed with the threaded end down.
