Parametric tool holder (40mm to 20mm) (F3D include)

I redesigned the model created by Thegrateman from scratch with fusion 360 and added some features:

• 3 fixing points (instead of 4) with washers to avoid the separation of the layers when tightening the screws.
• A single support (diameter 40mm) with interchangeables inserts to adapt the diameter of the clamp (from 20mm to 40mm)
• Parametric values for axis diameters and height.

Print it with Prusament PETG with 3 perimeters.

I  kept the idea of the original model with self-supporting parts. But after having printed several of them, I had problems separating the parts, especially in PETG. So I add a version with supports.
