    Make sure you get every drop out of the old bottle with this parametric model! Follow the steps below to make sure you have the measurements correct, then just enter them into the “parameters” inside of Fusion 360.

How to measure your bottle

Step 1 - Inner Diameter

The inner diameter is the diameter of the bottle opening without the threads.

Step 2 - Thread Pitch

The distance from one peak to another peak of the bottle's thread

Step 3 - Thread Depth

The total depth of the thread from the valley to the peak

Step 4 - Height

How tall do you want this print to be? Make sure it's tall enough to cover all threads of both bottles. (A good approximation would be the height of the neck of the bottle times 2)

Step 5 - Tolerance

How perfect is your printer? If you need wiggle room to make it easier to fit onto the bottle, make this number higher. In the image, the tolerance is the gap between the part and the bottle. (Default is 0.4mm)
