Glowing WLED all alphabet letters and all numbers 20 cm high

I have carefully listened to the feedback from the previous versions:

• 💡 Fewer LEDs than the 100 mm project

• 🔤 Bold, sturdy letters

• 🔗 Stronger links between the letters

• 🦶 Foot extends forward

• 📦 Wemos fits inside the foot

• 🔘 Space for an on/off switch

• 🧵 More room for cables

• 🔒 Clamping back panel

• 🖨 All letters and numbers fit on a Prusa MK3 bed
        (Note: they do not fit on the Prusa Mini)

 
🛒 Shopping List

• WS2812B RGB LEDs (AliExpress)

• Wemos D1 Mini V3.0.0 (AliExpress)

• Thin wire

• Black filament – Sunlu Black

• Warm‑white filament – eSUN White‑B

• Solder tin

• Glue

• 5V USB micro power adapter
  

🖨 Printing Instructions

• Print the letter in black or another non‑translucent color.

• Print the diffuser cover in warm white or white (e.g., eSUN White‑B).

• Only print the letter/number and the parts you need.
  

🧪 Assembly

• Apply a small amount of glue to the edge of the lens.

• Press the lens firmly into the opening of the letter.
