Blinds Cord Organizer

This is designed to fit blinds cords so as to help prevent them from getting tangled; also helps keep them away from mischievous felines! There are 4 organizing channels but this can be used for any number of blinds cords; the important thing is to keep the cords in place with some separation. Print the base first, adhere it to the wall in the desired spot (see the Non-Print Materials section, also make sure that the position works with the blinds all the way down and all the way up), then fit the cap in snugly over. The cap is meant to be easily removable as it just sits in place with friction.

Non-Print Materials

This part is designed to be mounted with one 3M Command Large Picture Hanging Strip (16 lbs) on the back, positioned in the center. This will allow the part to wobble a bit but it's more than enough in terms of adhesive strength; if you don't like the wobbling you can cut the strip length-wise and adhere it on the top and bottom, or just add another strip even though it's unnecessary.

Printing Advice

I suggest printing both the base and cap oriented vertically on a side with the 0.30 mm layer height Draft preset. In the included gcodes you'll note that the cap was not printed this way – that's just because I forgot, but I think you'll get a faster print that's just as reliable with that shift.
