Description

This gcode will do a proper step by step bed calibration with you. You need a 0.2mm feeler gauge or something with the same thickness. The levelling process usually takes few minutes and it includes:

  1. Warming up bed to 60°C, homing all axes and heating extruder to 210°C.
  2. Nozzle position for cleaning (with rag, wire brush or whatever are using) - so there is no residue that could affect the distance between nozzle and bed surface.
  3. Nozzle will move to all 4 positions above the adjustments wheels while always waiting for you to press the button to resume. Z height is 0.2 mm so use 0.2mm feeler gauge or something similar to adjust the proper distance.
  4. Nozzle will go through second round of adjustment positions - adjust them as in step 3.
  5. Third round of adjustment positions - this is mainly for confirmation as there should be only minimal or none adjusting needed if you were precise.
  6. Printer will prime the nozzle and print five squares with infill to check for the quality of the first layer.
  7. Turn heating off, park printer head, check the result.

!Important note! I would never recommend anyone to download someone's gcode as you don't know what parameters he had set up, so do this at your own risk. If you are suspicious but would like to use it I recommend checking the file in some gcode preview SW - Prusaslicer has nice one - or if you understand gcodes you can check the file yourself. Also check the comments section if there any any.

PS If you expect your bed to be way off, I'd rather move the bed a bit lower before starting the gcode or be prepaired to adjust the wheels as soon as the nozzle comes to position. The travel moves between positions are at Z=3mm and then the nozle comes down to surface.
