Einsy Rambo & Raspberry Pi Case

This is a case for an Einsy Rambo Board with room for a Raspberry Pi 3b/b+/4 and buck converter that fits the Bear Upgrade v-slot frame.

Does not require extended PSU wiring!

The Einsy board is positioned at the same height as in the stock Prusa Einsy box, so the stock PSU wires will reach.

Supports connecting Pi via USB or GPIO.

Supports wiring for MMU2.

Update 02-21-2020:
All parts with "2-20-2020" in the file name now print WITHOUT SUPPORTS! Even the Lid!
Increased wall thickness of box sides to stiffen it up.
Added more space between the Einsy and RasPi boards to make it easier to connect the GPIO on the Pi.
Lots of other small changes and improvements.

Update 09-14-2019:
I finally got around to installing the Bear X-axis on my printer, and what do you know the board box was interfering with the X motor. I have fixed this by moving the entire box inboard 3mm.
I also added slots for square nuts at the cover fasteners.

Print instructions

0.20 layers
PETG or other heat resistant material

Print with supports on the V1 covers only.

All parts with "2-20-2020" in the file name print WITHOUT SUPPORTS.

Bridging on the lid works best with no more than 2 perimeters.

To mount to Bear frame:

3x M5x8 bolts
3x M5 tee nuts
2x M3x10 hex nuts
2x printed drop-in tee nuts*
2x M3 hex nuts (for drop in tee nuts)

Extruder and heatbed wire bundle clamps:

4x M3 square nuts
4x M3x10 socket head screws

To mount Einsy:

4x M3x10 socket head screws
4x M3 hex nuts

To mount Pi:

3x M3x10 socket head screws
(holes in Pi are undersized; drill them out to 3mm)

To mount buck converter:

2x M3x10 socket head screws

To attach cover:

4x M3x10 socket head screws
4x M3 square nuts

To mount fan:

4x M3x12 socket head screws
4x M3 hex nuts
or
4x fan mount screws (see picture. comes with noctua fans)

All slots for square nuts are sized to fit the thicker (2.35mm thick) square nuts commonly sold on amazon.
