Screwable Voron style door hinge for Switchwire

This door hinge is designed for the Voron Switchwire.

The design had to be easy to assemble due to screw connections on the panels and doors, but still easy to disassemble. 
This is why an m4x50 bolt has been chosen as a coupling pin between the panel and the door part.
The door can be easily removed by lifting the m4 bolt out of the hinge.

Required material per hinge:

4x heat insert M3x5x4.
4x bolt BHCS M3x8. (for 3mm panel)
1x bolt SHCS M4x50. 
+- 12gram PLA, ABS or ASA. (ABS recommended)

Recommended print settings:

Material: ABS.
layer height recommended: 0.2mm.
Extrusion width recommended: Forced 0.4mm.
Fill Type: Grid, Gyroid, Honeycomb, Triangle or Cubic.
Infill percentage recommended: 40%.
Wall count recommended: 4.
Solid top/bottom layers recommended: 5.
