The Green Hornet

A copy of the green hornet scaled to fit diagonally on my print bed.

I used a fiberglass rod as the blank (shaft). I think it may have come from a kite originally?

The bore in the beak is 0.16" (4mm) in diameter by about 4" (100mm) long.

I used supports, but I'm tempted to make a version that's split lengthwise that wouldn't require them. But it would require gluing together.

I printed the eyelets, but I don't expect them to hold up. Probably need purchased parts or bent wire for those.
