Union nut with 4 grips for generic ball joint

In the beginning, the generic ball joint was just a needed part of a special mobile phone holder that I made for my car. Then I realized it had turned out to work better than expected. That got me addicted and I started to experiment.

This union nut with 4 grips may be a bit of an overkill, but maybe someone needs a means to look a ball joint really strongly. If you have an application for it, I'd be glad to know what it is. To be honest, even the original union nut was basically tough enough for my application. I was just curious how much I could drive things to extremes with such a tiny (12mm diameter) ball joint.
