Description
This support foot can take some of the weigh that may be overstressing you book shelfs or other kind of furniture. It can of course also be used as a spacer for all kind of other parts. The original design was made to range from 25 to 38mm (one inch to one and a half inch) in height. For those of you that need a greater height, I have added one very long screw rod and a picture that shows how you can cut it to the length you need in PursaSlicer.
The thread is a regular metric M16 thread. I have taken care to make the 3D printed parts compatible to metal M16 rods and nuts. Do whatever comes to your mind with this ;-)
Printing is very simple, just print the parts in the uploaded orientation with a good number of perimeters (4-5) to make them very strong on the thread. An infill of 25 percent proved to be good enough for my application (which required around 25kg). If you have a very heavy piece of furniture, you may want to print with 100% infill.
Your satisfaction is my reward. Please give me a like or post a picture if you like this design.
