After replacing the heatbreak with an original e3D, we were able to print the material that never ran before.
most PLA filaments works very well (many times printed over 20h at 29°C ambient temperature)
I use a empabst fan instead of the noctua because it reaches 4 times the air flow

printing without support in ABS or PETG
If you use ABS, print the securing bolt slowly and use minimal fan so you can reach good quality

Since the beginning of June I own my MK3s and have problems to process some PLA. The support pointed me to the engine radiator from CG-Tech. Since this unfortunately only air downwards, I have designed a new version of zero, which blows the air to the side. I have already successfully completed some ABS and PETG prints. Unfortunately, the cooling is still not enough to use some PLA (eg the blue of JANBEX). But for ABS and PETG it works so well. For the cables of the fan I have not added guides and a latch to keep the fan in the correct place.
Today I saw that CG-Tech provided a similar version. This would certainly collide with the fan of the MK3s. That's why I provide my version here.

I tested extra with ABS because warping sets here rather and the highest temperatures are used. I reach about 20 ° C reducing the engine temperature.

I hope to get the PLA problem under control sometime, but I'm afraid that this will only be possible with a different extruder design.

Since manipulated gcode files can damage the printer, I only provide the STL files here.

Note: The standard extruder fan of the MK3s not only blows through the heat sink but some of the air comes out again. This may be directed to the print bed so that I have attached a piece of plastic (blue) to redirect this air. This improves the printing result with ABS!
