RC WHEEL RIM 1:10 SCALE FIFTEEN52 TARMAC 52 X 26 12 MM HEX TAMIYA TT 02 NO SUPPORT RADIO CONTROLLED CAR SUBARU

Hi, I have designed the Fifteen52 Tarmac alloy wheel from scratch in fusion 360 to better suit an rc car, the material (PLA+), the printing process (FDM) and still retain the famous design.

The wheel is designed to be printed face down without any supports at 0.2mm layer height and 20% infill. The bolt hole in the center will have 1 thin layer you can either push directly onto the axle of the car or use a drill bit, knife or screwdriver. My design compared to others has a thicker barrel, face and hub also thick smooth radial supports.

I made these wheel 52mm high, 26mm deep with and of set of ET02 (2mm positive) to suit my Tamiya TT02 and use original tires.

Printed with WHITE PLA+ on my ELEGOO NEPTUNE 2S using PRUSA SLICER. 

basic settings 

0.2MM Layer height 20% Infill. Vertical Shell Perimeter at 3, GRID Infill, ALIGNED Seam, DETECT BRIDGING, THICK BRIDGES, EXTRA PERIMETERS, VERTICAL SHELL THICKNESS
