Description

This simple kids puzzle is made up of 20 pieces and has a simple 3D heart pattern on it.

I used a puzzle shape that I geneated on https://gists.rawgit.com/Draradech/35d36347312ca6d0887aa7d55f366e30/raw/3aae0d0e8257a6c2979b13812c289042a9367128/jigsaw.html . This gave me an SVG which I edited in Inkscape to make the lines thicker. I brought this into Tinkercad and used it to cut out my puzzle design.

This puzzle is meant to be printed with a multi media extruder, but you could also print it by changing colors between the base and the hearts, the hearts would all just be the same color.

When printing, I recommend making sure you have the elephant foot compensation on as you do not want the first layers to fuse. I also recommend keeping an eye on that first layer and if the pieces seem to be fuzing, you should quit the print as it won't likely work out.

I'm also providing a test print to get an idea of how well your printer will handle this puzzle. I used this to print in different sections of the build plate to see how it could handle different line thicknesses. It is 5 layers thick, but you could even just do 2 or 3 layers to make sure it can handle it.
