Description
Prevents accidental ejection of the micro SD card and keeps the USB ports fully accessible!
This is a remake of my previous SD cover for the NanoPi Neo2 case, but instead of requiring tape or glue to keep the cover in place, this one stays in place by grabing into the 3.5mm audio jack. Toolless installation, but may require a small flathead screwdriver to remove the peg and cover to swap the SD card. (There's a slot in place for removal of the peg to keep the whole design as flat as possible).
Print both parts in the orientation provided. Best to print the little audio jack peg with high vertical resolution (0.1mm layer heights).
Alternatively, use the provided PrusaSlicer Project file to keep the print settings I've used. This includes small Mouse-Ears around the Peg part to aid with bed adhesion that need to be removed after printing!
NOTE:
This print is intended to be a very tight fit! If your printer isn't perfectly dialled in the cover may not fit at all, or at least require some touch up with e.g. a deburring tool.
