Portable desk fan 140mm with usb-c/micro-usb xt60

This portable fan was designed for move huge amount of air, the fan is a Arctic 140mm fan for PC deskto, is very silent and powerful.
Is possible use this desk fan with 3S battery with xt60 connector, or any other 12v supply unit with xt60 connector, the fan consumption is 0.110 A.
The battery inside is a generic 18650 Li-ion cell charged with TC4056 chip micro-usb or usb-c, for power the fan is needed ad step-up converter to convert 3.7 V of the battery to 12V needed by the fan.
