Description
my son ask for a green lantern luminaire, that can switch on when the ring comes near
here are the result
I designed many parts that can be glued together.
Support printing is only needed for the half spheres, I don't know if other placement work without support.
I print the diffusor planes in neon green so the inner white LEDs shines in green. I put a reed switch in one reflector and another under the top side. So the light can switched on when the magnetic ring comes in the reflector and if you put the ring on the top of the lantern.
