Used PrusaSlicer's organic supports on this print to keep the points nice and pointy. TBH I'm not sure if they're necessary, but I'm very happy with the result. Supports pop right off with no leftover bits. Also oriented the points so the part-cooling fan hits the points straight on (on the Ender 3 S1, you'll need to adjust for yours). As a result, the points came out nice and crisp.
In the pics, the print is scaled to 90% because the person I made them for has smaller fingers.
Note: 3mf file was made in PrusaSlicer 2.6 alpha so I could use the organic supports. If you use 2.5 you'll have to switch to grid or snug.
