Better Discs and a Stand for the Filament Spool Switcher / Winder

The parent is pretty good, but not without some tolerance and design issues.  I may make other remixes for the tolerance issues, but at very least I wanted to share these improved discs, in STEP and STL format for sizes 53-57 mm in 1 mm increments, and a organizing stand I made for them.

The discs are improved in a few ways :

1. They have conical exterior profiles to match the rods and end-caps.  This leads to a better fit/without slipping and wobbling.
2. They're in STEP format and high-poly STL.  This prevents weird artifacts on the Bambu printers that don't like low-poly STLs with low-poly-approximated circles.  These discs produce clean arc moves when printed!
3. Unlike scaling the discs in the parent, they all have the right center hole size, so you don't create issues that you encounter when scaling the parent 50/55 discs.
4. Remodeled from scratch, with Fusion360 file included… so you can make your own!

53 mm works for my bambu spools and bambu printed spools.  54-56 sizes seem to work for cardboard spools from overture, California filaments (I use this stuff) and Polymaker cardboard.
