Mage Knight Insert - Ultimate Edition - No Sleeve Re-Mix

This remix changes some files from the Mage Knight Insert - Ultimate Edition so it does better fit for cards that do not have sleeves.

Especially the original player boxes are not closing tight without sleeved cards and the tokens do not always stay in place.

I also did a remix for the covers for cities and monster tokens. Original ones were too fragile when I printed them. (www.thingiverse.com/thing:4769225)
