Philips Sonicare - Toothbrush Travel Case

I printed the Philips Sonicare Toothbrush Travel Case by Ohuf but the cap was too loose and it wouldn't stay in place.  After printing a few variations of the cap that just wouldn't fit right, I decided to create a model in OpenSCAD.  I liked the original shape so I replicated it but I added a notch on top of the case to hold the cover (also added a small indentation in the cover that fits in the notch to retain it).  I also added a bit more room into the case because it was hard to remove the toothbrush.
