Waterproof MicroSD Card Dog Tag

Does your dog have medical needs? Dietary restrictions? Multiple addresses? Multiple phone numbers? Multiple owners? Emotional quirks? Is your dog's life more complicated than can be written on a tiny scrap of paper wadded into a leaky capsule? 

This waterproof (or nearly so) dog tag unscrews to reveal a MicroSD card, on which you can include any amount of relevant information about your pet. (Text, photos, videos, life story…) The waterproof seal is formed by a short length TPU filament inserted into a groove around the perimeter of the SD card side. Just cut the TPU off to length so that the ends are touching. (You can omit the TPU, but your SD card will get wet.)

The side that holds the SD card has text alerting anyone to the SD card inside. I've provided two different versions of the other side: one with a dog paw graphic, and a blank one you can customize with your dog's name or other text.

I printed mine in PLA with 0.2mm layers with a 0.4mm dia. nozzle. For higher contrast graphics, you can execute a filament color change after the 2nd layer.
