Safety Joel - MMU Remix

A version of Safety Joel for those of us who can't paint. Split up in Meshmixer. The model in the photos is printed at 150%.

Splitting things up in Meshmixer is never as easy as you would think. In these files are some hacks or tricks that may not be the most efficient, but they worked. That's why I've uploaded the 3MF files.

Some of the models have overlapping sections, so the order that they are sliced in matters. I was also having a difficult time splitting up the right shoulder because of the socket. I recreated the socket by extruding the inside of the socket into a solid shape. That solid shape was imported as a modifier with no infill, perimeters, or layers.

Shoe laces were another tricky thing because they were so small. I added some lace helpers in one leg, which don't look pretty, but the size of the model didn't make them noticeable. The other leg, I took a different approach and achieved a similar result. Probably won't notice unless you print this model much larger than I did.

Swap out black for orange (or whatever flame colored filament you want) when you get past the torch handle.
