Description
This is a replacement center hub that I designed to fix the wheels of my dishwasher that continuously fell off when pulling/pushing the bottom rack of my dishwasher. I've had them installed for >6months and there haven't been any issues aside from the one I broke removing a wheel to take pictures for this model. :)
The make and model of my dishwasher is Whirlpool WDT910SSYM0. I have also made these for a number of family and friends with different brands/models of dishwasher and they all worked well. If you're having issues and have the same style of wheels, I recommend giving them a try. Scaling in the slicer software can probably be utilized to alter the fit slightly as well.
I've included the .stl file as well as a gcode for 8 at once (0.4mm nozzle, typical number for bottom rack). I printed it on a MK3S+ using a PETG filament from a local shop (240C Nozzle and 70C bed). I've also printed with a 0.6mm nozzle and they worked no problem.
Print settings:
Material - Needs to be PETG to withstand the temperatures of the drying cycle
Layer Height - 0.3mm
No Supports - When slicing, an overhang perimeter will be displayed but I have printed without supports and there were no issues.
Infill - 80%, cubic
Perimeters - 3
Top and Bottom - 4 layers
